Renovations & Tenant Space Build Outs

Renovations are a specialty for us. Over the years we have performed many school renovations during the summer, on time and without impact on the normal school activities.

We have performed several renovations in occupied buildings. In instances where the building must be used during construction we work very closely with the owner to create the smallest disruption possible.

Renovations always seem to present unexpected circumstances. We view these as opportunities to demonstrate our ability to work with the owner, architect and subcontractors to find the best solution possible.

We have specialized equipment used for renovations that allows us to safely and efficiently perform selective demolition.

New Construction

New construction is an area that National Construction excels. We have a wide range of subcontractors we use for various projects. For each project we strive to choose a team whose strengths build on one another to provide the greatest return to the owner.

The critical stage of new construction is getting the layout of the building correct. Doing so helps to eliminate problems before they are expensive and time consuming to repair. Our supervisors are trained to check building layouts (if performed by others) before building commences to ensure the layout meets our standards and matches the design documents.

CES/JOC

We are CES contractor for Region 7 and have been since 2006. National Construction has been a member of the CES "Million Dollar Club" continuously since 2007. In addition, during the 2007-2008 period, we achieved the "Three Million Dollar Club" level. This award is given by CES to recognize vendors that have reached certain levels of business sales within the CES program.
